Maskrom is the program inside the chip rk3188 which can not be modified. After powering on, the cpu run the first instruction in maskrom. The maskrom will load the bootloader from external storage such as Nand Flash, SD card and eMMC. If none of the bootloader found, the maskrom will go to waiting for USB OTG download mode.
