Check if the Pi is live(in maskrom mode)
By default, with no boot media, the ROCK Pi 4 will boot into maskrom mode, which will use the USB OTG port(the upper USB 3.0 type A) to communicate with HOST PC.
Check the serial console
By default, the ROCK Pi 4 uses the 40PIN GPIO header PIN8 and PIN10.
