paste this line:
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTR{idVendor}=="2207", MODE="0666", GROUP="plugdev"
Save and exit gedit. Now run the following command to let the changes work
sudo udevadm control --reload-rules sudo udevadm trigger
Create the .android folder if it doesn't exsit:
mkdir -p ~/.android sudo gedit ~/.android/adb_usb.ini
Paste at end or in empty file

Save and exit gedit.
Now run the adb command:
sudo adb kill-server sudo adb start-server
