Esta guía esta pensada para los nuevos usuarios del Radxa Zero. En este guía aprenderás lo básico del Radxa Zero, así como a preparar la tarjeta para su uso. Radxa Zero viene en diferentes configuraciones y revisiones de hardware. Asegúrate de tener una tarjeta soportada antes de seguir, alguna de esta información sólo se aplica a una configuración específica. Puedes encontrar el modelo y el número de revisión del hardware en la parte superior de la tarjeta, el tamaño de la memoria / eMMC se puede identificar por el número que viene impreso en el chip. Puedes aprender a identificar estos componentes [[Zero/hardware/zero | aquí]].

== Lo que necesitas ==

=== Necesario ===
* Tarjeta Radxa Zero

* Medio de Almacenamiento:
** Módulo eMMC, o
** Tarjeta microSD de al menos 8GB si tu tarjeta no tiene un módulo eMMC. Puedes confirmarlo si hay un gran chip soldado en la parte posterior de la tarjeta. Para tener un escritorio lo recomendable es al menos 16GB, preferiblemente 32GB.

* Hub USB-C
** Radxa Zero tiene un puerto USB 3.0 Tipo-C, está en la parte superior cerca del centro de la tarjeta. Este puerto puede expandirse en múltiples puertos USB 3.0 Tipo A o como Ethernet. No tiene implementado HDMI o DisplayPort en este puerto así que no saldrá video.

* Teclado y Ratón USB
** Radxa Zero puede ser controlado mediante un teclado y un ratón.

* Monitor y Cable HDMI
** Radxa Zero utiliza un conector micro HDMI. Puedes necesitar un cable micro HDMI (Tipo-D) a HDMI (Tipo-A).
** El HDMI EDID es usado para determinar la mejor resolución. En monitores y televisores que soporten 1080p (o 4K) se elegirá esta resolución. Funciona con casi todos los Monitores.
* Cable USB A a C o USB C a C
** El cable USB se usa para alimentar al Radxa Zero así como para transmitir datos del PC al Zero. Dependiendo del PC necesitarás un cable USB A a C o USB C a C.

* Lector de tarjetas microSD (necesario para la configuración sin memoria eMMC)
** Para grabar la imagen en la tarjeta microSD.

* Alimentación
** Si, la alimentación es opcional para el Radxa Zero ya que el consumo es tan bajo que puede ser alimentada por el puerto USB. Si pretendes usar la Zero de manera independiente del PC, puedes usar cualquier transformador USB 5V de al menos 1A. Si conectas el Zero al USB del PC asegúrate que el USB es 3.0 y no USB 2.0 el 3.0 da 900mA mientras que el 2.0 da 500mA.

* Cable serie USB a TTL
** Esto se necesita si pretendes usar la consola serie.

== Starting the board for the first time ==

Radxa Zero can boot from either eMMC or microSD Card. However, for beginner it's best to stick with your board's default storage, i.e. use eMMC when it is present, and microSD when eMMC is not available. This avoids the need to update U-Boot configuration to boot your chosen device, which can be challenging for the beginner.
